CloudApps has formulated a specialised sourcing methodology that attracts high quality Cloud based ERP candidates through our existing networks and industry channels.
Our candidate sourcing process focuses on our established relationships within the Cloud based world and our networks through the use of job boards, advertising, and LinkedIn groups.
Phone communication, proactive networking and participating in and attending industry specific events, enables us to have access to both active and passive candidates. This means we can source the best candidates for the roles.
At CloudApps, we take ownership of our consultants ensuring that not only are they qualified, skilled, experienced and fit your culture/team but also our thorough process ensures they’re referenced, have appropriate working rights as well as any security clearances or requirements you may require. All of our consultants are covered under our Workcover regardless of if they carry their own. We hold all relevant insurances, as do our consultants. We also understand that not all organisations are the same and if you require any extra testing, checks or processes then please speak to one of our team and we will happily manage it for you.
You will have one point of contact - your dedicated client account manager. This streamlines all processes, provides clear and consistent communication, allows for speed and accuracy of delivery, and a reduction in communication errors between us and our clients to their potential candidates.
However, all of our candidates have a Candidate Manager which ensures there are always a minimum of two CloudApps representatives who know the requirements we have been engaged to deliver. So, if you need something urgently and your Account Manager is not available then you will always have a secondary contact when needed.
