CloudApps has a Business Development Manager / Specialist Recruiter model allowing you to focus on Business Development. Backed by an experienced Recruitment Consultant, this role suits someone who enjoys business development and account management. CloudApps is part of a specialist group of ERP companies, meaning you will have access to expert training, industry relationships, and specialist knowledge to ensure you are well-equipped to win new business, with an experienced team ready to fill the roles.

Key Responsibilities

Sales / Business Development (90% of the role)

  • Proactively drive business development and grow our client portfolio.

  • Account management—build and strengthen new or existing relationships.

  • Negotiate terms of business with clients.

  • Achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

  • Collaborate effectively with internal BDMs to optimise service delivery to clients.

  • Partner with the Resourcing Team on candidate searches as needed.

  • Stay updated on SAP and Cloud ERP trends to provide cutting-edge insights.

Resourcing (10% of the role)

  • Conduct targeted searches for suitable ERP candidates.

  • Ensure exceptional quality delivery of shortlisted candidates through CloudApps proven resourcing methodology.

  • Negotiate terms with candidates to balance the needs of all parties.

  • Advertise job requirements using approved media platforms.
