Salesforce Change Manager

We are excited to partner with a well-known client to source an experienced Salesforce Change Manager, based locally in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation program and play a key role in supporting meaningful change across the business.

The Project

Our client is a global leader in their industry, currently delivering a significant Salesforce transformation across multiple business functions to streamline operations, improve workflows, and connect teams.

This role will focus on the project lifecycle management stream of change, supporting how contract workflows are managed through Salesforce. With a team of BAs and SMEs already in place, they’re now looking for an experienced Change Manager to bring the people side of the project to life and ensure the business is prepared and engaged throughout.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end change management approach for the contract management lifecycle stream of the Salesforce program
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Sales and Commercial to drive engagement and readiness
  • Design and deliver clear communication, training, and adoption plans that support business-wide understanding of new contract workflows
  • Partner with the project team to assess change impacts, identify risks, and build change resilience across affected teams
  • Act as the key conduit between the program and business users, ensuring seamless adoption across functions

The Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale transformation programs, ideally with a CRM or Salesforce focus
  • Strong understanding of contract management lifecycle processes and how they function within Salesforce
  • Background in FMCG or Sales-driven environments is essential, with the ability to navigate commercial functions and customer-facing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and planning skills with a people-first mindset
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working
