Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an exciting Salesforce implementation project. This is a 6-month contract role, offering the opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce projects and extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in the end-to-end management of the Salesforce implementation project.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and manage Agile processes, ensuring the project team adheres to Agile principles.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the project delivers high-quality outcomes that meet the business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce implementation projects
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies as well as Scrum
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Project Manager) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
