Role Overview:
In this contract role, you will be instrumental in implementing Infor WFM, ensuring a smooth transition and integration from the existing Time & Attendance (Kronos) system. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current workflows, customise solutions, and drive user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full end to end implementation of new Time & Attendance system into several different locations around Australia.
- Act as a primary liaison between the business and their Implementation partner to drive the success of the project
- Understand the specifics of what the business is aiming to achieve and drive business requirements
- Oversee design and configuration
- Assist with testing, change management and training.
- Work with the integration teams to understand the technical requirements and impacts of this new system being integrated into other HCM & Payroll products, ideally any integration to Chris21 and Workday would be advantageous.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Infor WFM Time & Attendance Functional Consultant, transitioning from Kronos would be desirable, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Infor WFM modules and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
