Role Overview:

In this contract role, you will be instrumental in implementing Infor WFM, ensuring a smooth transition and integration from the existing Time & Attendance (Kronos) system. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current workflows, customise solutions, and drive user adoption.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full end to end implementation of new Time & Attendance system into several different locations around Australia.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the business and their Implementation partner to drive the success of the project
  • Understand the specifics of what the business is aiming to achieve and drive business requirements
  • Oversee design and configuration
  • Assist with testing, change management and training.
  • Work with the integration teams to understand the technical requirements and impacts of this new system being integrated into other HCM & Payroll products, ideally any integration to Chris21 and Workday would be advantageous.

 

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Infor WFM Time & Attendance Functional Consultant, transitioning from Kronos would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Infor WFM modules and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
