We are excited to partner with a well-known client to source an experienced Salesforce Change Manager based locally in Melbourne. This role will see you leading key Salesforce changes to enhance and unify the customer experience across their contact centre and sales teams.
The Project
Our client is a global leader in their industry, currently on a mission to optimise their processes and unify the customer journey through a robust Salesforce transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
The Role
- Spearhead people-centred change initiatives to support the Salesforce transformation with a focus on the customer journey
- Engage with challenging stakeholders, asking insightful questions to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order-to-cash processes and oversee Case Management within Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
- Utilise a background in training and learning to facilitate smooth adoption and understanding of new processes and tools
The Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales and Service Clouds with a focus on Case Management
- Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes.
- Experience within FMCG is highly desirable, however, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain industries are also beneficial.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience in leading people-centred change
- Background in training and learning is highly beneficial for supporting successful change adoption
