The Role
As an IT Systems Trainer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials for a wide range of systems, including ERP platforms.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and translate them into user-friendly training resources.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions tailored to a variety of skill levels and organisational needs.
- Provide support for system adoption and ensure employees are equipped to maximise the use of business-critical technology.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify training requirements and continually enhance the learning experience.
- Play a key role in the organisation’s ambitious push into AI, gaining exposure to advanced AI technologies such as a newly implemented AI chatbot, and helping drive innovation at the forefront of technology adoption.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in IT training or Learning and Development.
- Proven expertise in instructional design and creating tailored training resources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Experience delivering training for ERP systems and other software platforms.
- Construction industry experience is a bonus but not essential.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset with a passion for empowering others through training.
