About the company
Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation based in Hobart, Tasmania, embarking on multiple Systems & Technology projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract basis. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating the successful delivery of these projects successfully.
Key Deliverables:
- End to end process mapping for Asset Management Systems supporting this product
- Testing and adoption of the product
- Data sharing and scheduling
- Supporting the key deliverables of the project roadmap
- Documentation and training materials supporting the status of these projects
This role will:
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
- Create or maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
- Collaborate with Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain document management platforms for projects.
Skills & experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- The ability to work in a project environment to achieve required outcomes
- Highly developed interpersonal and facilitation skills to work with multiple diverse stakeholders
- Experience testing and facilitating user acceptance testing for digital products
