Renee’s career in recruitment has been varied, taking her to Western Australia and back. Working in several different industries; mining, financial services and banking, Renee joins the CloudApps Consulting team with a wealth of recruitment expertise. 

Originally joining Speller (CloudApps parent company) in 2021 as the Project and Marketing coordinator, Renee has worked seamlessly across many of the administrative roles. However, when the opportunity arose to move across into a BDM/Account management role in CloudApps, Renee jumped at the challenge. 

Renee enjoys building relationships with her clients, understanding their recruitment challenges and being able to offer dynamic, appealing solutions. She is excited about ERP Cloud based technologies, Salesforce, Workday and ServiceNow in particular. 

Her career highlights have come from placing a full team of 17 consultants to a mining site to implement a new onboarding system for all staff working onsite and being the recipient, more than once, of the internal peer award, which recognises peoples work throughout the quarter. 

Renee believes it's an efficient, thorough recruitment process and the ability to match the right candidate with the right opportunity that makes CloudApps successful. She is looking forward to learning more about Cloud based ERP systems and working alongside both clients and consultants to fulfil their requirements.
