Chris liked the sound of recruitment after returning to the UK from a worldwide trip. His lack of sales experience proved difficult in being hired. Not one to be deterred, he quickly secured a job as a door-to-door salesmen selling phone plans, gaining valuable sales experience for a few months before landing his first recruitment job in 2007. 

Since joining Speller (CloudApps’ parent company) in 2014, Chris made a huge impact on the SAP Change Training and Documentation division at Speller, with career highlights including; placing an entire team of SAP Change and Training specialists for an FMCG company and placing the most consultants for the Speller team within a year. 

In May 2024, Chris took the opportunity to move across to a full IT BDM/Account Management role in CloudApps Consulting. Learning about new technologies, environments and systems is a challenge he is excited about.  By utilising his 10 years of SAP recruitment experience and strong networks, Chris is ready to dive into the world of ERP Cloud based technologies. His passion is working with his candidates to find out what motivates them and what they excel at so that he can really secure them the right project. His clients love how he looks after his consultants and really takes ownership over their work, which ensures the best result for them and their project.
